Description : 

The accessories of the machine adopted SMC original pneumatic component, foot switch and PLC control. Can assemble french electrical plug type inserts. Automatic feed and pressure connection can be completed once for all. 

Equipped with a protective unit on the pressure connection point and it is safe and convenient for operation. A green hand is easy to be skilled for operation.

Efficiency: The production capacity is improved by riveting and shaping of live wire, null wire and earth wire on a one-off basis, with single machine capacity up to 600-1000 PCS.

Low noise: The vibration disc is equipped with a sound insulation cover and the punch motor is driven by a frequency converter, making it a more stable structure with lower noise.

Safety: Automatic feeding is adopted. The operating position of riveting die is protected by a transparent unit to avoid injuries and accidents.
